Beach Day!
We have been spending lots of time in the basement due to Maisie being sick, so we thought it would be fun to take off to the beach for the day (yesterday)! We stopped at a restaurant called Camp 18 (totally not my favorite kind of food, but Justin loved it). It was his great grandfather’s favorite place to eat on his way to the beach, so it was also a bit sentimental for him. We took lots of pictures just outside the restaurant (and a couple in as well). Here are a few of our favorites. *Oh, and we were bummed not to get any pictures at the beach. It was too rainy and cold to take pictures! Brrrrrr! That is what we get for living in a cold and rainy place!*
Still our little goo goo.
I love her!!!
We were both saying, “Cheese!” For real. We were.
Kisses.
Maisie didn’t like the woodman. I even sat on his lap to show her he was ok. Nope. She didn’t like him and I don’t blame her. He has a scary pointy face…like Justin! 🙂
Hee hee! We had such a fun family day. Lots of good talks in the car on the way to and from the beach! I love my family.
First…Maisie is adorable. Second…your hair looks great. Third…Camp 18? How do you not love it? oh man, that brings back memories of us driving to the Oregon coast when Olivia was Maisie’s age!! good times
that wood man would creep me out!
What adorable pictures…and little ‘lovey’ is in all of them! I love the close up of you and Maisie…but I actually love them all. So glad you had some good family time. I love my family too! 🙂
I love camp 18! I can’t wait to have my family (husband) to take little trips with. *tear*
This is so sweet! I love your family too. 🙂
Hi Jen,
Long time to speak. You guys are a stunning family. Maisie’s eyes are breathtaking. Love your blog and personal, upfront style of writing. Not many ladies can get real about blowing noses in the shower! Tate taught me and Sofia that trick and now our ability to breath freely is much improved.
whatever haiiirrrrr….you didnt even text me to tell me ou just throw some pics up of it who are you? sooo cute i like it alot. i miss my turkey im not gona lie
P.S. How funny is Justin’s face in the picture of Maisie crying? He’s smiling a little too big:-)
I LOVE your family too! You guys are wonderful, and I am glad you took some time to escape. The pictures are so sweet! You guys are too cute for words.
