“Bubba”

By Jen | October 26, 2008 | 5 Comments

That’s how Maisie says BUBBLES.  She loves bubbles and is pretty much obsessed with them. If she sees them, she screams, “BUBBA!!!”  So the other day I let her put her feet in a sink filled with bubbles.  She got pretty soaked, but she had a blast.  And of course, here are some pictures.

They have a little girl who is almost 12 years old and she asked if I would braid her hair so she could sleep with braids in. So of course I agreed. After finishing her braids, and being pretty happy with my work, I decided to go Little House on the Prairie style with my own daughter. I felt like a true “missionary” braiding Maisie’s little hairs into these little woven braids!  haha  So anyways, I’ve been French Braiding it up since that day, trying new little versions so as to make her not look so much like she belongs on a farm, working the fields…
