That title pretty much sums up my feelings about the city.  It is amazing.  It is warm.  There are palm trees!  People have tattoos and piercings and dreadlocks.  There is really cool art everywhere you look!  People smile!  People of all ages adore children.  It is a clean city.  Tapas!  There is a beach!  A BEACH!  So yes, we had a wonderful time on vacation!  I would go there again and again and again…and again. I missed writing on my blog.  I kept thinking that I wished I had my computer with me because of all the weird things that happened while we were there.  It was great family time though. We are leaving for Barcelona in a few minutes!!! I am so excited! I am planning on spending lots of time at the beach (which I cannot wait for)! We aren’t bringing a computer so I won’t be posting till the 1st. Check back then for lots of new Barcelona pictures!

Justin showed Maisie how to clap today and she seriously copied him!  I know this may seem completely lame for those of you without kids or maybe even for those of you with kids, but we were ecstatic!  We had a couple friends over at the time and they probably thought we were the most ridiculous parents because we were so proud of Maisie, cheering her on, getting the camera to record these wonderful little moments!  Here is a video of our little star!

We had a lot of ish going on in the Powell apartment yesterday. It started off with Maisie choking on a teething biscuit. Let’s just say it was a scary ordeal. She ended up throwing up into Justin’s hands, but thank goodness that is the worst that happened as far as her choking goes. She was constipated all day long, pushing so hard, tears were forming her eyes, hysterical cries as she tried so hard to poo. It is the worst to see your child in pain…even if it is just a bit of constipation! I have eczema again and it itches like a mother. I can’t stop itching, which is making it all crusty and nasty, but I can’t stop. It feels so good when I am itching, then just burns and it hurst worse when I am done. Today was one of those days where you have a ridiculous amount of things to do, but instead of doing them, you do nothing!  I woke up to the sound of pouring down rain.  Yes, in July!!!  The rain makes me want to just cuddle up and watch a movie under a blanket.  So that is pretty much what we did today.  It was really nice, but also yucky.  It makes me feel gross to just sit all day.  Not to mention that we ate popcorn and Reeses peanut butter cups as well.  That is really going to help the baby pounds drop off. So we have lots to do in the little amount of time that we are in Paris.  Selling things, packing things, closing accounts, etc etc etc!  Tomorrow will be a productive day of some of that stuff…unless it rains again.  Just kidding.  We are having lots…
